The mask in front of the face

Here's a picture of the LF crew doing an exercise at the fire post, that is conducted after night lecture. yes we do have night lectures to keep our mind active, and knowledge of rescue procedures "updated". (speaking of which, i think i'm quite "rusty" now). The exercise requires us to don our training chemical agent suits, with helmet and masks. the actual suits are saved for the real thing. we do series of sets of things like push ups, sit ups etc. this process is to train us to acclimatize to the suit for a set period like we would if there was an incident. the mask is to further hone us in performing tasks in extreme breathing conditions. if you wonder where all the calories from the donuts go... well...
